At Bellavie Fine Threads, each piece is carefully packed with love for your little ones. As a small boutique business, we kindly ask customers to review sizing carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item.
To process a damage claim:

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us with your order number, photos, and opening video.
Without an opening video, we may not be able to process the claim.
No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing-related issues.
We are always happy to help with sizing before you place your order. Please feel free to contact us for measurements or size guidance prior to purchasing.
